What are your store locations?
Sari Jane Home Accents is solely an Australian-based online store! Follow us on social media and sign up to our e-newsletter to find out about our upcoming special appearances, sales, events, product displays and pop-up shops.
Do you ship internationally?
No! But, Sari Jane Home Accents offers delivery Australia-wide. If you’re outside Australia, follow us on social media and sign up to our e-newsletter to find out if and when we start posting to your country.
How and when will my order arrive, and how much will postage cost?
Here at Sari Jane we typically send through Australia Post, but in special circumstances a courier service may be used. Shipping is free on all orders over $100 within Australia only. Alternatively, our Australian flat rate shipping fee is $10.00.
Estimated delivery times are 3 – 10 business days, but please keep in mind your location and proximity to our headquarters. Every Australian shipment is tracked so if you have any concerns make contact and we will try and track your delivery down! .
Can I collect my order, instead of having it delivered?
We love a familiar face, which is why we have a special click and collect service for our Central Queensland friends who wish to pick up their order instead of waiting for the post man. Simply select the “Click and Collect” option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please note that this process can take up to 2 business days, and you must collect your order within 5 business days or risk losing your goodies. And please only use the code if you intend on collecting, otherwise a 5% restocking fee will be applicable.
I’ve placed an order, should I get a confirmation email?
You definitely should. If you haven’t received an email (to the address linked to your Paypal account) within a few minutes of placing your order, please first check your spam or junk box. Still no luck? Contact us with your full name and details of your order and we can confirm for you.
I’m having trouble navigating your site/ using a coupon/ checking out. Can you help?
Yes, email us straight away! Technology can be a wonderful yet temperamental device and it’s important you let us know when something’s not quite right, or if you need a hand. Our friendly team can talk you through it and troubleshoot as best as possible. Pushed for time? Give us a call and we can process your order over the phone.
How do I keep my purchase in good condition?
